How it works

MY CORPORATE NUTRITION WORKSHOPS & CLINICS

DROP IN SESSIONS

Half or full day sessions. Your team get their nutrition related health concerns answered. Do they worry about their weight, blood pressure or cholesterol levels? Have they recently been diagnosed type 2 diabetic or pre-diabetic and feel unsure what to do about it? Are they having to take lots of time off due to stress or chronic health problems?

Maybe they’ve been told by their doctor to eat a healthy balanced diet but are unsure or confused about what this really means? If they bring a one-day food diary we can also run through this together and agree simple changes that can have a significant impact on how they feel. Twenty-minute appointments can be pre-booked so they can ask more personal health related questions in confidence.

WORKPLACE NUTRITION CLINICS

Full one-to-one nutritional therapy consultations to address your employees' health concerns and to personalise a nutrition plan based on their individual circumstances. One-hour appointments per employee, bookable in advance.

LUNCH N' LEARN WORKSHOPS
