Hello, and a very warm welcome to "You can Heal your Bladder"- the podcast for women at their wits' end with painful peeing, and feeling like their life is over.
I’m your host, Mary Cotter - IC and chronic UTI survivor, turned UTI specialist nutritional therapy practitioner.
If you're struggling with persistent painful bladder issues — whether you call it interstitial cystitis (IC), chronic, embedded, or recurring UTIs, this podcast is for you. I use these terms interchangeably because at their core, they all represent the same debilitating pain and frustration, and I know firsthand how isolating and emotionally exhausting it can be.
